What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide coaching on Agile values and practices while emphasizing continuous improvement
• Facilitate effective iteration-based meetings, ensuring outcomes are achieved
• Collaborate with project leads to address issues, risks, and mitigation plans
• Track historical team metrics and ensure visibility of progress for iterations and releases
• Identify and remove blockers to optimize team throughput and efficiency

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• BA/BS degree with IT experience in project management
• Proven experience overseeing project teams with at least 10 team members
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and time management skills
• Strong self-motivation, organization, and ability to work independently
• Experience in a Web, Java, XML, RDBMS development environment is preferred

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• ScrumMaster certification
• Hands-on experience with distributed development teams across various geographies
• Proven ability to propose creative solutions to complex, time-critical challenges
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and best practices
• Experience in facilitating retrospectives and implementing improvements
