One of our main products is 6Conecta, a SaaS platform with nearly 15 years of experience in the field of Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP). 6Conecta helps companies of all sizes comply with regulations in a fast, clear, and safe way. We are also part of Once For All, an international group with a presence in the UK, France, Latin America, and more than 1,000 people working on digital solutions for supply chain management and regulatory compliance. Role Summary As part of the 6Conecta development team, you will work on a well-established SaaS application that is continuously evolving. Our recent integration into the Once For All group has significantly boosted business growth, raising both technical challenges and product expectations. That’s why we’re not just looking for someone to code, but for someone who enjoys understanding problems and, above all, proposing solutions—taking part in the entire development process: from identifying client needs to technical design, implementation, and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities Design and develop robust, scalable, and clean solutions. There are many ways to make it work, but not all of them are good. Actively participate in software architecture and evolution decisions. We have our way of doing things, and you have yours. We never say no to a good debate. Collaborate with team members to deliver impactful solutions. The goal is always to create something that improves someone’s life. If it’s fast but no one uses it, we don’t want it.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications: 5 years of experience developing in PHP within a modern software architecture using a framework. Solid knowledge of MySQL databases. Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and eagerness to learn and bring new ideas. Experience with version control tools like Git and collaborative workflows. Fluent use of AI tools (Copilot, Claude, etc.) as a development aid, while always retaining the ability to review, understand, and take ownership of the generated code. We're looking for someone who uses AI to speed up their work, not to replace their understanding of the project's architecture and conventions. Nice to have: Linux environments and use of Docker for development. Test development. Experience with a frontend framework such as React or Angular. Familiarity with frontend technologies like HTML and CSS.
