Senior Events Executive

About the role We are seeking a highly organised and service-oriented Senior Events Executive to oversee and execute the coordination of projects and events. You’d be the main planner handling everything from A–Z (timelines, vendors, logistics, on-the-day coordination), with support from marketing/sales/training teams, plus exposure to regional programmes and events.

Key Responsibilities

Be the main planner and coordinator for the company’s key events, programmes, and engagement initiatives (online and offline). Handle the full event cycle: planning, timelines, run-down, vendors, logistics, registrations, rehearsals, on-the-day coordination, and post-event follow-up. Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Trainers, Ops) to align on content, promotions, and participant experience, while you lead the operational planning. Act as a key point of contact for partners and stakeholders before, during, and after events to ensure everything runs smoothly and issues are resolved quickly. Maintain proper documentation, checklists, and reports to continuously improve future events. Build trust-based relationships with participants, clients, and partners through attentive, personalised communication before, during, and after each event.

Requirements

Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Hospitality (MICE), or a related discipline. Several years of experience in account management or project coordination, preferably within events, training, or service-driven environments. Strong command of written and spoken English, with the ability to confidently engage international clientele. Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Proactive, solution-driven mindset with the ability to anticipate client needs and manage expectations. Proficient in G Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Drive, etc.).
