Senior FMCG Brand Manager

Our client, a rapidly growing and innovative leader in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior FMCG Brand Manager to join their team in San Antonio, Texas, US . This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies that drive market share, enhance brand equity, and achieve ambitious business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in brand management within the FMCG industry, coupled with a deep understanding of consumer insights, market dynamics, and integrated marketing communications. You will lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively to bring brands to life. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement annual brand plans, including marketing objectives, strategies, and tactics, to achieve profitable growth. Conduct in-depth market analysis, consumer research, and competitive landscape assessments to identify opportunities and threats. Translate consumer insights into compelling brand positioning, messaging, and creative strategies. Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI. Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, traditional advertising, and in-store promotions. Collaborate closely with sales, product development, R&D, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless brand execution from concept to consumer. Monitor brand performance metrics, analyze results, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement. Manage relationships with external agencies, including advertising, PR, and market research firms. Identify and develop new product innovation opportunities to expand the brand portfolio. Lead and mentor junior brand team members, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning. Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and communications. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in brand management within the FMCG industry. Demonstrated success in developing and launching successful marketing campaigns and new products. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make sound business decisions. Excellent understanding of marketing principles, including market research, consumer behavior, and integrated marketing communications. Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Experience managing significant marketing budgets and agency relationships. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing analytics tools. Creative thinker with a passion for building strong consumer brands.
