Team Fully remote team with flexible location; APAC time zones are preferred for collaboration Team members come from leading companies such as Tencent, Microsoft, and Amazon Day-to-day collaboration is mainly in Chinese, with English used flexibly for cross-border communication About the role You'll build the frontend experiences that power Atria's AI Agent product, turning cutting- edge AI capabilities and product intent into clear, intuitive, and scalable user experiences. This is a senior role with a high technical bar. We're looking for someone who can independently own complex projects end-to-end, deeply understand user needs and product goals, and ship frontend systems that meaningfully advance product quality, user experience, and business outcomes. What you'll do Build and own high-quality frontend experiences for Atria's AI Agent product, which demands relatively complex and forward-looking performance optimization and interaction design Translate ambiguous product intent, AI capabilities, and product logic into clear interaction models and implementation plans Drive end-to-end delivery from requirement clarification and solution design to implementation, launch, and iteration Use AI-native development workflows to accelerate iteration and tackle complex problems Operate with high ownership and independently carry complex, ambiguous projects through to delivery What we're looking for Strong proficiency with Next.js, React, and TypeScript — our core stack, with high fluency expected Solid experience with B2B frontend performance optimization, ideally on data-heavy or AI-driven products Proven ability to leverage AI to solve complex problems and independently own entire projects Strong product sense: not just executing tickets, but identifying problems, filling in gaps, and helping drive decisions Good taste in interaction and product experience; able to create thoughtful and usable interfaces even without fully specified designs Fluent spoken English (required) for cross-border collaboration, with clear technical and product communication Nice to have Experience with SaaS, AI products, data-heavy products, adtech/martech, or complex internal tools Experience building core workflows or product modules from 0 to 1 Familiarity with AI Agent products, advertising, creative testing, or marketing workflows Background as a design engineer, independent developer, or hybrid full-stack/product builder What we offer Fully remote environment with flexible schedule · Competitive compensation and benefits Small team, high ownership, and direct involvement in key product and technical decisions Opportunity to grow alongside cutting-edge AI products and advertising technology · Strong opportunities for professional growth and long-term career development If you're excited about building product experiences that go beyond UI implementation — and want your work to directly shape product quality, user experience, and business impact — we'd love to hear from you.
