Senior Manager, Claims Analytics & Decision Support (Auto Finance)

As the Senior Manager of Claims Analytics & Decision Support for our Auto Finance division, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our claims process. Develop and implement strategic plans for the claims analytics and decision support function within the Auto Finance division. Lead and manage a team of analysts and data scientists to ensure timely and accurate delivery of data-driven insights and recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including claims operations, finance, and IT, to identify and address key business challenges and opportunities. Utilize a variety of data sources and analytical tools to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in the claims process. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators and track progress towards business goals. Conduct in-depth analysis and provide actionable insights to senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in claims analytics and decision support to continuously improve processes and methodologies. Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the claims process. Lead the development of predictive models and other advanced analytics techniques to forecast and mitigate claims risks. Communicate complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other teams and departments within the organization. Foster a collaborative and high-performing culture within the claims analytics and decision support team. Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects and initiatives. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies related to claims data and analytics.
