Our client, a respected boutique medical communications agency, is seeking a Senior Medical Writer to join their expanding publications and medical affairs team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative, collegial environment and is looking for room to grow.

What You'll Do

• Develop high quality scientific content including manuscripts, abstracts, posters, slide decks, congress materials, literature reviews, and strategic publications plans.
• Serve as a scientific partner to clients and internal teams.
• Interpret and communicate complex clinical data with accuracy and clarity.
• Ensure adherence to GPP, ICMJE, and internal quality standards.
• Lead and manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Contribute to process improvement within the publications/medical affairs function.
• Mentor junior writers and support team collaboration.

What We're Looking For

• 2-5+ years of medical writing experience within medical communications, publications, or medical affairs.
• Advanced life sciences degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, or relevant MS).
• Strong scientific literacy and ability to synthesize clinical data.
• Excellent writing, editing, and project management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
• A proactive, detail oriented, team minded approach.
