Senior SEO, AEO & Digital Marketing Specialist | Remote | Organic Growth & AI Search

We are looking for an experienced Senior SEO, AEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of traditional SEO, technical SEO, content optimization, digital marketing strategies, and AEO — Answer Engine Optimization, with the ability to improve visibility on Google, AI-powered search engines, featured snippets, voice search, and platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and other AI-driven search experiences. This position is ideal for someone who understands how online search is evolving and also has a strategic marketing mindset to create campaigns, improve brand visibility, attract qualified leads, and generate business opportunities through traditional search engines, artificial intelligence tools, and digital strategies. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute SEO, AEO, and digital marketing strategies. - Perform technical SEO audits and provide clear, actionable recommendations. - Optimize website content to improve organic rankings, featured snippets, and visibility in AI-powered search results. - Conduct keyword research, topic clustering, and search intent analysis. - Improve website structure, metadata, internal linking, and on-page SEO. - Create strategies for Google Search, AI search engines, and voice-based searches. - Support the creation of marketing strategies focused on lead generation, brand positioning, and organic growth. - Analyze competitors and identify growth opportunities. - Monitor rankings, organic traffic, conversions, campaigns, and performance metrics. - Work with content, web development, and marketing teams to implement SEO improvements and digital strategies. - Provide regular reports with insights, recommendations, and next steps. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Senior SEO Specialist, AEO Specialist, Digital Marketing Specialist, or in a similar role. -Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and local SEO. - Experience with AEO, featured snippets, structured data, and optimization for AI-powered search. - Experience in digital marketing, content strategy, lead generation, and brand positioning. - Advanced experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar tools. - Ability to create SEO and marketing strategies focused on lead generation and business growth. - Experience optimizing content based on search intent and AI-generated answers. - Knowledge of schema markup and structured data. - Strong analytical and reporting skills. - Excellent written communication skills in English. - Ability to work independently and provide clear recommendations. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in real estate, SaaS, artificial intelligence, technology, or service-based businesses. - Experience optimizing websites for local SEO and service-area businesses. - Knowledge of Webflow, HubSpot CMS, or similar platforms. - Experience using AI tools for research, marketing, and content optimization. - Knowledge of conversion rate optimization is a plus, but not required. - Experience creating content strategies, organic campaigns, or digital marketing plans. Contract Details: Work Arrangement: Remote / Work from home. Level: Senior. Schedule: Part-time, depending on experience and availability. Opportunity: Project-based contract.
