This is a 1099 6-month contract position. \n What You Will DoTrility Consulting is actively seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to expand our team. This position will help accelerate the growth of our organization as a brand ambassador, identify excellent teammates to join our company, and collaborate across the evolving organization. 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience with a demonstrated focus on Data & Analytics, Cloud, Software Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure, Security, and/or AI hiring. High-level understanding of today’s technology trends; able to communicate understanding of those trends clearly to candidates. Experience recruiting for consulting, professional services, or staff augmentation organizations strongly preferred. Detailed and organized: including management, administrative, and customer service focused skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization. Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization. Collaborates with leaders to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria. Assists with job posting and advertising processes. Screens applications and selects qualified candidates. Prepares for interviews by coordinating the interview schedule, preparing questions and other hiring and selection materials, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders. Collaborates with People Operations during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies. Maintains, nurtures, and develops strong technology candidate pipelines to support future hiring needs. Deep experience using modern ATS platforms (Lever strongly preferred). Candidates should be comfortable building workflows, managing pipelines, and driving recruiting operations within an ATS environment. What Success Looks Like In your first 90 days, you will: Quickly learn Trility's service offerings and technical hiring profiles. Build credibility with candidates through informed technical conversations. Independently manage multiple technical requisitions simultaneously. Consistently present qualified candidates who meet both technical and cultural requirements. Maintain exceptional candidate experience and communication throughout the hiring process.
