We are on the lookout for a seasoned Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Architect who possesses a strong technical acumen and functional expertise in Dynamics F&O (cloud). The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the design, development, and optimization of Dynamics F&O deployments, as well as facilitating smooth migration and modernization to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). Qualifications: · Proven track record in Dynamics 365 and F&O engineering, architecture, or similar roles. · Extensive experience in the technical and functional aspects of Dynamics F&O · Demonstrated expertise in implementations and the management of ERP software, including integration with third-party systems. · Ability to create and maintain comprehensive system documentation and ERP process instructions. · Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment. · Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and fostering productive collaboration. Required Skill Set: · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex technical challenges and propose effective solutions. · Experience in system integration and interfacing with third-party systems. · Understanding of ERP system architecture and best practices. · Experience in delivering technical or functional training and knowledge transfer sessions. Technical Skills:

  • · Experience in Dynamics F&O/AX migration and modernization projects.
  • Background experience in Dynamics 365customer service and sales functionality, customizations, and administration.
  • · Knowledge of system integration and interfacing techniques.
  • Starter Kit configuration. In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement architecture and customization development will be required
  • · Understanding of ERP system administration and best practices.
  • · Experience with version control systems and development tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub).
  • · Proficiency in documenting technical designs and system configurations.
  • Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Online
  • Knowledge in Dynamics 365 modules, Customer service, Omnichannel, Sales and Field Service etc.
  • · Understanding of cloud technologies and their implications for ERP systems.
