POSITION OVERVIEW Perform duties in the analysis, evaluation and implementation of executive compensation programs. Serve as an internal consultant in areas of executive salary administration, policies and procedures. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Research, plan, develop, evaluate and implement executive salary, incentive structures and pay policies. Perform cost analysis for current and recommended compensation programs and program design changes to include merit increases, AIC cost, GPD costing, etc. Perform other ad hoc analyses as required. Assist with preparing materials for the Human Resources and Compensation Committee. Contribute to the preparation of the annual proxy statement, including CD&A support. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures. Perform other duties as required.
