They are seeking a Sr Analyst, Operations Innovation to collaborate on critical initiatives, manage work streams, and communicate recommendations to senior executives. The role involves problem-solving, analytics, project management, and building relationships with clinic teams.

Responsibilities

• Uses hypotheses-based approach to identify, validate, and quantify opportunities
• Develops and improves credible and pragmatic analytical approaches and frameworks; uses continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six-Sigma) when appropriate
• Builds complex models and conducts financial planning and analyses to assess impact on business metrics
• Queries and analyzes large datasets to derive meaningful insights
• Observes operations to incorporate ‘real-world’ considerations into work
• Conveys findings in a cohesive story, including summarizing insights from analysis
• Distills sophisticated business problems into cohesive, impactful stories
• Works closely with teammates in the clinics and develops long-standing relationships with operators and clinicians
• Creates and manages individual work plan and contributes to overall project plan

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree
• 0-4 years of total work experience
• Intermediate to advance proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Intermediate to advance proficiency in PowerPoint
• Experience with large-scale business transformations with tangible impact on operating/financial performance
• Strong analytical and presentation skills
• Evidence of strong partnership ability
