Our capable Senior Analysts utilize Huron tools, methodologies and best practices in the selection, planning and implementation of leading enterprise software and analytics solutions. Senior Analysts seek to understand clients, gather and leverage information to understand current and emerging client business priorities, problems, expectations, and needs; seeks client feedback and suggestions for improving products and services. Identifies client service issues. Identifies barriers that impact client service and retention. Drives client-focused practices. Uses understanding of client needs to institute processes, procedures, partnerships, performance expectations, and training that will improve client satisfaction and prevent service issues from occurring. Assures client satisfaction. Sets priorities and makes decisions that consider client impact; measures client satisfaction and retention to ensure client solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience 1-3 years of experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users Strong analytical skills used to translate information from meetings into documentation that can be shared with meeting participants and project teams Effective oral and written communication skills Ability to own project workstreams through self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks with little to no supervision A desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies Strong attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset Aptitude for, and enjoyment of working in teams Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams The estimated base salary for this job is $85,000 - $95,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $91,800 -$106,400. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
