Sr. Vendor Management Specialist (NO C2C or 3rd pty companies)

ATTENTION ALL VENDOR MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONALS! American Computer Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Vendor Management Specialist to support outsourced technology resource management functions. Attention to detail is a MUST, as well as exceptional organization and efficiency skills. Work Location:

  • Hybrid – If near client office, on-site 3 days a week.
  • Remote – If long distance from client office. Must currently reside in the U.S. To Be Successful, you will have:
  • Experience with SAP Fieldglass vendor management systems.
  • Strong Excel skills, including advanced VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP functions and ability to merge/manage dynamic information across disparate systems.
  • Experience managing the resolution of time discrepancies between ServiceNow PPM and SAP Fieldglass.
  • Experience calculating and reporting contract and resource metrics.
  • Experience conducting audits of contractor rosters and managing contractor lifecycle processes.
  • Experience in monitoring and updating contractor expiration dates.
  • Experience with SLA/KPI/CPI tracking and reporting.
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and make logical decisions based on validated information and established processes.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills to ensure data validation across multiple stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Active Directory (AD) and Build Request profiles.
  • Experience with ServiceNow PPM and Apptio platforms.
  • Experience partnering with PMO teams on job posting submissions and updates.
  • Experience documenting and reviewing technical profiles and working with Tech Leads.
  • Strong ability to "own" processes and ensure data accuracy when receiving information from multiple points of contact, including leadership, PMO teams, managers, and suppliers.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of vendor management or technology resource management experience. Apply To this Job
