Requirements:

• 7+ years of professional experience designing and successfully shipping high-quality, complex SaaS or enterprise products
• Expert mastery over the entire Design Systems lifecycle
• Technical fluency required to influence code and front-end architecture
• Manage the integrity of design decisions across code
• Fluent in modern developer workflows and component distribution
• Prioritize system quality assurance and comprehensive documentation
• Maintain a world-class portfolio demonstrating exceptional systems thinking
• Proven leader in founding and launching new product foundations
• Advanced proficiency with specialized design systems tools
• Exceptional strategic collaboration and organizational influencing skills
