Job Summary The Staff Product Manager is a senior contributor who operates with a high degree of autonomy and strategic influence on the [insert] product lines. Education and Experience

• 6+ years of product management experience, with demonstrated progression in scope and responsibility

• Track record of independently leading significant product initiatives from discovery through launch and adoption
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and SDLC; experience with tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, ProductBoard, and reputed company
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Public Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with technical concepts including APIs, middleware, data integrations, and SQL

• Experience with state government product, software or hardware is vital for this role's success, DMV-specific knowledge highly desired.
