Learn more at www.getpliant.com ABOUT THE ROLE You will support Pliant as a Strategic Growth Manager B2B (m/f/d) and help drive Pliant’s expansion within the mid-sized business and corporate segments. You will contribute to the acquisition of large travel clients and focus specifically on our next challenge: expanding in the corporate and mid-sized business segment by developing relationships with our existing TMC clients, as well as selling and optimizing our lodge card product. You will work closely with the Country Head and cross-functional teams to address local market needs. This role is based in Italy and is fully remote. It requires travel for visiting clients and attending events. WHAT YOU`LL DO Market growth: You are driving further expansion across the Italian market targeting B2B corporate and mid-sized company segments through our new lodge card product and upselling opportunities. Strengthen our partnerships: You will act as the main point of contact for our TMC partners, gaining access to and building relationships within their corporate client portfolios. Customer advocacy: You take ownership and communicate skillfully to contact potential customers and build a strong customer pipeline Understanding: It's important to you to know your contact's needs and problems, ask the right questions and listen to them in order to pick up your customers where they are at the moment Advise: You put yourself in your customers' shoes and identify for them how we at Pliant can deliver the most value to them Analyse: You will work together with other departments to address corporate needs (i.e. product and marketing) Account Management: You will be the main account manager for the key clients you onboard, responsible for client satisfaction and upselling.
