• Background in an agency, startup, consulting, or fast-growth business environment preferred

• Familiarity with AI tools, marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and modern growth systems
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand different industries, customer segments, and reputed company models quickly
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to confidently present strategy to clients, executives, or business owners
