About this role TFS HealthScience is a leading global mid size Contract Research Organization that partners with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies throughout their entire clinical development journey. Our expertise includes full service capabilities, resourcing, and Functional Service solutions. The Medical Monitor / Study Physician is responsible for providing medical oversight of clinical trials, ensuring patient safety, protocol compliance, and high quality study conduct. The role involves close collaboration with clinical teams, investigators, and sponsors to support successful study execution. As part of our SRS FSP team, you will be dedicated to one sponsor, a global pharmaceutical or biotechnology company that is an industry leader within its therapeutic area.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide medical oversight for clinical trials, ensuring patient safety and protocol adherence
• Review patient eligibility and ongoing safety data within studies
• Support development and review of study protocols and clinical documents
• Act as medical point of contact for investigators and clinical teams
• Contribute medical expertise to study conduct, issue resolution, and decision making

Qualifications

• Medical Doctor degree
• Strong experience in clinical trials, ideally in a Study Physician or Medical Monitor role
• Background within neurology, ideally with experience in pediatric neurology or related indications
• Good understanding of GCP and clinical trial processes
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in cross functional teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
