About The Opportunity We are seeking experienced professionals in Indian Finance and Financial Services to contribute to a cutting-edge AI benchmarking project in Malayalam. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will create and review high-quality, real-world financial scenarios that evaluate AI systems in India-specific contexts. What You’ll Deliver Create realistic, domain-specific tasks in Malayalam reflecting Indian finance practices Adapt and apply clear scoring rubrics to evaluate AI-generated and human responses Review and score submissions for accuracy, regulatory alignment, and professional quality Provide expert feedback and contribute to high-quality “gold standard” solutions

Qualifications

Native Malayalam with strong professional English proficiency 5+ years of experience in Finance or Financial Services (e.g., structuring, compliance, audit, risk, investment analysis) Strong knowledge of Indian financial products and frameworks Familiarity with Indian regulatory environments (e.g., central banks, capital market authorities, tax/zakat frameworks) Ability to write and evaluate professional-grade financial content in Malayalam with high attention to detail Why Collaborate with Lilt?
