Supply Chain – Logistics – Coordinator

Role Description This role is for a Supply Chain – Logistics – Coordinator responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of logistics and supply chain activities to ensure the efficient movement of goods, materials, and information. In this position, you will work closely with internal teams and external partners to help maintain smooth and reliable supply chain operations. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will assist in coordinating transportation, inventory flow, and order fulfillment processes. You will help monitor shipments, track delivery schedules, and ensure logistics activities align with operational plans and service requirements. Maintaining accurate records and supporting documentation is a key aspect of this role. You will contribute to inventory coordination by helping track stock levels, identifying potential shortages or delays, and supporting replenishment activities. The role also involves communicating with suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely updates and issue resolution. Data accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills are essential. You will support reporting activities by compiling logistics data, monitoring performance indicators, and assisting with process reviews aimed at improving efficiency and cost control. The Supply Chain – Logistics – Coordinator plays an important role in maintaining operational continuity, supporting customer satisfaction, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics and supply chain activities to support daily operations
  • Track shipments, delivery schedules, and order fulfillment status
  • Maintain accurate logistics and inventory records
  • Assist with inventory coordination and stock level monitoring
  • Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams
  • Support documentation related to shipping, receiving, and transportation
  • Identify and report potential delays, risks, or process issues
  • Assist with logistics data analysis and basic reporting
  • Support process improvement and efficiency initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and supply chain guidelines

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data handling
  • Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics processes
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, logistics systems, or ERP tools
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams
  • Educational background in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field is preferred
