Tech. Product Lead / EPM / Ex-Founder

Who You Are: Depending you where you come from your role might will be slightly different to maximize your skills. Tech Product: If you were we Sr. Technical Product Lead, then you will get to use those skills to build new product, or taken product to maturity. You understand how to set vision, roadmap and momentum. And how to mature into measurement and structure at the right time (& not too early). Program Manager: If you were a program manager then, you will help set the stage for large enterprise delivery programs. You know how to coordinate with multiple technical & non-technical teams and keep momentum through clarity and efficiency. You are able to mobilize large enterprises to deliver at 1/2 the time through your effective shepherding. Ex-Founder: If you were a Founder before, you will be able to use both technical and delivery skills alongside your ability to spot opportunities and lead teams to capitalize on them. You will work with potential customers, close technical deals and deliver on them.

  • Delivery Strategist: You define the roadmap, and key metrics ensuring alignment with Customer team and Careforce’s.
  • Builder from Scratch: You collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to transform ideas to MVP and beyond, engaging in hands-on product development.
  • Customer-Obsessed Executor: You conduct user research, gather insights, and translate them into actionable features that delight customers and solve their pain points.
  • Iteration Driver: You launch quickly, measure impact, and iterate, owning the feedback loop to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Culture Shaper: As a founding team member, you help establish our company culture, values, and processes for long-term success.
  • LLM Whisperer: You know how these models work, and know how to make them sing. You have an intuition around the architectures, formats, approaches that likely yield the best results.

What you will do:

  • Build the Future: Help build a high-reliability one of a kind agentic platform for care coordination
  • See the Future: Balance immediate value with a roadmap that compounds capabilities enabling AI to do things never done before.
  • Listen & Show: Sit with customers and prospects, hear their problems, agentize them, propose solutions on the spot, MVPs in a week.
  • Teach & Do: Build standards for AI through doing the tasks, researching, and agentizing tribal knowledge that has never been organized against data sets that have never been collected before.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Product Leadership: 5+ years in product management with a successful track record of bringing 0→1 products to market, preferably in AI, SaaS, or healthcare sectors.
  • Healthcare Industry Insight: Experience navigating the complexities of healthcare administration and a deep understanding of provider and patient pain points.
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to engage with engineering teams on technical concepts, with a solid grasp of AI technologies and their applications.
  • Analytical Mindset: Skilled in leveraging data to drive product decisions, with experience in setting and evaluating product metrics.
  • Adaptability and Initiative: Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, startup environment with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
