Within CERATIZIT Hard Material Solutions – Non-Cutting Tool Applications, we are seeking a Technical Sales Expert to strengthen our UK sales team and drive business across the UK & Ireland region. Responsibilities: Contribute to the execution of the regional sales strategy by supporting sales budgeting and driving target achievement through market and competitive analysis Develop new business by prospecting customers, generating qualified leads, and identifying commercial and technical needs Deliver technical sales and solution‑oriented selling by presenting tailored products in close cooperation with internal stakeholders and managing negotiations professionally Develop and support the customer portfolio through application testing, implementation of new products and applications, structured phase‑out of solutions, and ongoing technical support Provide market intelligence and reporting by monitoring trends and competitors, maintaining CRM data, and actively participating in sales meetings, trade fairs, and technical events Profile: You hold a technical or economic‑technical educational background combined with long‑term experience in an international industrial environment You obtain a proven industry experience, ideally in industry and/or agriculture, with added value from exposure to tungsten carbide or other engineered solutions and matrix organisations You are strongly sales‑oriented, with a target‑driven mindset and structured approach, combined with high initiative, and problem‑solving skills You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluent English, additional language skills are an advantage You have the ability to work independently from a home office and ideally located in England, with high willingness to travel, a full UK driving licence (this role involves frequent daily travel) and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems What we offer: Competitive basic salary, plus bonus structure Attractive employee benefits package Fully expensed Company vehicle Training & Development opportunities Patricia Liszkai | Recruiting Team | [email protected] CERATIZIT Hard Material Solutions S.a.r.l
