Now we're looking for a talented Technical Support Specialist to be part of our dynamic team. Your mission: Support for clients (companies) in the process of integration with our functionality; Quality control of integrations, testing; Maintaining an integration FAQ; Support for system operation; Assistance in the development of integration documentation. Your skills and experience: 2+ years of experience in technical support; Knowledge of HTTP; Knowledge of client-server architecture; Ability to investigate and troubleshoot problems by logs; Knowledge of both SQL/NoSQL databases; Fluent Russian; English at a level B2 or higher. Nice to have: Knowledge of Postman, Kibana, Azure and/or Microsoft .NET; Experience with Git; Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, Freshdesk); Experience with Datadog; What do we offer?
