Key Responsibilities

As a Temporary Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Presenting solutions to customer issues, complaints, or concerns in a timely manner
  • Analyzing customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services
  • Routinely and accurately documenting customer interactions in our company database
  • Other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Customer service experience in an office setting
  • Basic computer proficiency required
  • A welcoming personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to think critically and solve problems independently
  • Multitasking and prioritization skills to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and database management

Schedule and Pay

As a Temporary Remote Customer Service Representative, you can expect:

  • Monday – Friday, 1st shift: 10:00am – 7:00pm
  • Competitive hourly rate of up to $16.18 per hour
