We're growing rapidly in the Austin market and looking for motivated sales professionals to drive that growth. About This Position This position offers a base salary ranging between $50,000 to $65,000 plus performance-based commission. As a Sales Representative, you'll connect with contractors, builders, and property owners who need reliable waste solutions. Your role includes proactive outreach, providing quotes, closing deals, and building strong customer relationships. You'll educate prospects on our unique offerings and manage accounts from initial contact through service delivery. This is a consultative B2B sales role where your performance directly impacts your earnings. We provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching to set you up for success from day one. Qualifications / Expectations

  • Required: B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting goals
  • Required: Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Required: Strong communication skills and ability to build professional relationships
  • Preferred: Existing relationships within construction, roofing, restoration, or contracting industries
