Remote LCSW / LMFT / LPCC Therapist – Colorado License | Telehealth | W‑2 | Equipment Provided 100% Remote Telehealth Position | Full Benefits HealthLinkNow, part of Universal Health Services (UHS), is hiring a Colorado‑licensed therapist to join our national telehealth behavioral health network. This is a fully remote, full‑time W‑2 role where clinicians provide therapy services while HLN manages scheduling, administrative support, and technology. Key Highlights 100% Remote telehealth therapy role Equipment provided by HealthLinkNow Full‑time W‑2 position with benefits Support multiple UHS facilities remotely Licensure Requirement (Important) Active Colorado clinical license required (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, LPC, or LMHC) This position also requires licensure in Arkansas. If you do not currently hold an Arkansas license, HealthLinkNow will cover the cost of obtaining the Arkansas license upon hire with a will employed with HealthLinkNow. About the Position Therapists provide remote behavioral health care supporting multiple facilities within the UHS network. Clinicians may work with both inpatient and outpatient populations while collaborating with facility care teams. All therapy sessions and services are delivered through HLN’s secure telehealth platform. Clinical Responsibilities Individual therapy sessions Group therapy facilitation Behavioral health assessments Treatment planning Clinical documentation Collaboration with multidisciplinary care teams Schedule Full‑Time (40 hours per week) Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Mountain Time Technology & Equipment HealthLinkNow provides the hardware required to deliver telehealth services. Clinicians simply need:

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health, or related field Active clinical licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, LPC, or LMHC) Experience providing individual, group, and family therapy Comfortable delivering care via telehealth platforms Strong communication and documentation skills
