Travel Logistics Coordinator

Remote · Spain Full-time

Location: Bolton We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Travel Logistics Coordinator to assist with coordinating travel arrangements, managing schedules, and ensuring all planning details are handled smoothly from start to finish. This fully remote position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, clear communication, and supporting clients through a well-managed planning process. In this role, you will communicate with clients to gather important trip details, assist with researching travel options, and help coordinate reservations such as accommodations, transportation, and vacation packages. You will also review travel information carefully to ensure accuracy, track updates or changes, and maintain organized records within internal systems. The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and comfortable working independently while managing multiple details ong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential to ensuring each client receives a seamless and well-coordinated experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate travel reservations, schedules, and confirmations
  • Communicate with clients to gather necessary trip details and provide updates
  • Assist with researching destinations, accommodations, and travel options
  • Review bookings and documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Track changes and follow up on outstanding items
  • Maintain organized records within internal systems and digital platforms

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through
  • Comfortable using online tools, scheduling systems, and digital platforms
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Customer service, administrative, or coordination experience is helpful but not required
  • 100% remote work environment
