US Payroll Assistant

HR and Payroll Specialist (U.S. clients) We are seeking a detail-oriented HR and Payroll Specialist to manage U.S. payroll and HR processes for multiple clients. This role requires strong knowledge of U.S. payroll, compliance, and client communication while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Process payroll for multiple U.S. clients, including wages, taxes, and deductions
  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee records
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. payroll laws and labor regulations
  • Support benefits administration and employee inquiries
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and HR issues
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients
  • Maintain accurate and confidential data
  • Prepare payroll and HR reports
  • Identify and improve processes for efficiency

Requirements

  • Experience with U.S. payroll and HR processes
  • Knowledge of U.S. payroll taxes and labor laws
  • Experience working with multiple clients or accounts
  • Familiarity with HRIS or payroll systems
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and client management skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • High level of discretion with confidential information
