This contract role is based in *Westwood, MA (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)* and involves creating clear, user-centered content to enhance online banking experiences. • Collaborate with designers, researchers, and product managers to create cohesive, accessible, and impactful content.
• Participate actively in team sessions, documenting and tracking copy development tasks.
• Edit content for clarity, tone, usability, and accessibility using tools like Figma, Word, and Confluence.
• Support multiple projects, managing priorities and improving team workflows.

*UX Copywriter Qualifications:* * Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing/Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.

• Over five years of experience in UX writing, content strategy, or technical writing.
• Demonstrated UX-focused work portfolio showcasing impact and versatility.
• Strong editing, writing, and presentation skills.
• Experience collaborating with designers, product teams, and researchers.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work iteratively.
