Requirements5+ years of experience in user-centered product design. 2+ years of experience designing enterprise platforms and data-heavy dashboards. Expert-level proficiency in FIGMA, including component libraries, auto-layout, and developer handoff. Expertise in WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards. Familiarity with HR workflows, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiter processes. Key Responsibilities: Own the UX for the Recruiter Portal, including priority action queues, pipeline health dashboards, 360° candidate views, and recruiter performance insights.
