Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Legal Assistant / Intake Specialist to support our growing legal team. This role will be instrumental in managing client intake, communications, and legal support functions as we revamp our Intake Department and manage a high volume of open cases. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and experienced in handling legal workflows, client communications, and administrative support in a fast-paced environment. Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. PST Monthly Compensation: 1,150 to 1,220 USD Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Support attorneys with case preparation and documentation Enter and update data in CRM systems Follow up with prospective clients to secure signed retainer agreements Qualify leads and coordinate with attorneys for final qualification Handle incoming phone calls and direct them based on client needs Review and organize discovery documents Maintain accurate records of all communications and case updates Respond to web inquiries, emails, and leads in a timely manner Requirements: Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures (especially discovery and filings) Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Experience with CRM systems and case management software Ability to multitask and manage high-volume workloads Highly organized with strong attention to detail Proactive follow-up and client management skills Work Shift: Languages: English, Spanish Ready to dive in?
