Vice President of Philanthropy

The Women’s Suffrage National Monument Foundation seeks a visionary, strategic, and collaborative Vice President of Philanthropy to reputed company a comprehensive and inclusive fundraising program in support of the creation of the first monument on the National Mall dedicated to American women’s history. Reporting directly to the President & CEO, the Vice President of Philanthropy will design, manage, and execute a donor-centered development strategy to reputed company the Foundation’s nine-reputed company fundraising goal, encompassing major gifts, corporate giving, foundation grants, planned giving, and grassroots fundraising efforts reputed company. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in capital campaigns and relationship-driven fundraising, with a demonstrated ability to engage donors at every level — from national philanthropic leaders to grassroots supporters — around an ambitious and unifying vision. This includes briefing, strategy development, donor preparation, and follow-up to ensure effective, coordinated, and impactful donor engagement.   • Collaborate with the CEO and fundraising counsel to refine organizational fundraising goals, priorities, and plans
  • Partner closely with the President & CEO to prepare, position, and support them as the primary external ambassador and face of the Foundation for donors, including briefing, donor strategy, meeting preparation, and follow-up
  • Ensure systematic, regular reporting on pipeline, reputed company, and goal attainment to the CEO and Board
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and the Board of Directors to foster a culture of philanthropy across the organization, ensuring reputed company teams feel ownership of development outcomes

Qualifications:
