A school-based social worker is needed to provide telehealth services supporting students social and emotional well-being. This contract role is located in Cambridge, MA, serving the educational community remotely. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting individual and group telehealth counseling sessions with students
• Collaborating with school staff to develop intervention plans and support strategies
• Assessing students social, emotional, and behavioral needs through virtual meetings
• Maintaining documentation in compliance with school policies and confidentiality standards
• Connecting families with relevant community resources and support services

Desired qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) with relevant licensure or certification
• Experience providing telehealth services in an educational setting
• Strong understanding of child and adolescent development and mental health issues
