Visual Web Designer - AI Trainer

Remote · United Arab Emirates Full-time

About The Job We are looking for an existing Visual Web Designer to help train AI models. You will measure the progress of these AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model. In this role, you’ll use your design expertise to evaluate AI outputs, provide detailed feedback, and help refine the model’s sense of aesthetics, usability, and creative quality. Your insights will directly shape how the next generation of AI tools supports designers. This is a new and growing area for our company — focused on teaching AI to better understand visual and design principles. At this stage, designers should apply through our general core assessment and then complete a qualification for Web & UI/UX Design. Once approved, you’ll not only have access to general AI training projects but also be invited to contribute to design-specific projects. These projects focus on areas such as UI/UX critique, product visuals, and aesthetic evaluation (including presentations and creative deliverables). Advantages Of Contracting With Us

  • You'll be able to choose which projects you want to work on and when
  • You work on your own schedule, on your own computer, from the comfort of your own home
  • General AI training projects start at $25-$30+ USD/hr, while design-focused projects start at $40+ USD/hr, with higher bonus rates available for certain projects

Responsibilities

  • Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
  • Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
  • Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user-centered design

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
  • Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
  • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
  • Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
  • A current, in progress, or completed Bachelor's is preferred but not required

Note: Payment is made via PayPal. We will never ask for any money from you. PayPal will handle any currency conversions from USD. Only applicants in the United States will be considered for this role. This is an independent contractor position. #design
