Weekend Only Client Onboarding Specialist - Autism Care

Overview

We are a seeking a part-time, weekend only contract client onboarding associate to help answer phone calls from prospective families and walk them through the onboarding process to receive medical care for their children. Work-from-home / remote work is permitted. Hours are flexible between 4-8 hours per week based on your availability. As a Healthcare associate, you will be the first point of contact for patients needing ABA Therapy and Autism Services for their child. You will be responsible for receiving and responding to incoming calls from parents, insurance carriers, providers, referral sources and potential patients. Requirements

  • Must be extremely comfortable being on the phone

  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • You are accurate with strong attention to detail
  • You are passionate about helping children with autism
  • You are able to multi-task and prioritize
  • You have the ability to communicate professionally Qualifications
  • Experience in a customer service role; preferably in the medical field
  • Experience as an executive assistant or an in administrative function
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Great communication and problem solving skills
  • Value accountability, consistency and engagement through excellent attendance
  • Excellent customer service through the ability to care for others Preferred Qualifications
  • 1-2 year of experience working at a medical practice assisting with customer service
  • 1-2 years of administrative or executive assistant responsibilities
  • Experience working with insurance carriers What we offer
  • $20-$30 per hour
  • Contract role -- flexible hours between Saturday/Sunday
