Job Responsibilities: Drive customer satisfaction through inbound service calls, email, and/or chat Troubleshoot & resolve end user issues (technical support) Respond to inquiries related to account details, products, and services Navigate through multiple systems and tools when helping customers Recommend product solutions for unique customer needs Why Work With Us?
