Must be able to: Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on students' unique needs and goals. Provide specialized instruction in accordance with IEPs, adapting teaching methods and materials as necessary. Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes students' social, emotional, and academic growth. Collaborate with other educators, support staff, and parents to develop and implement effective strategies and interventions. Monitor and assess students' progress, adjusting instruction and interventions as needed. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student performance and progress.
