This telecommute position interacts with training participants, trainers, training advisors, and support personnel. In addition, this position will support the ARRAY project and the Family Child Care Network in Northwest Arkansas. Regular and reliable attendance is expected, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial working relationships with others. This is a one-year appointment, renewable based on the need for the position, funding availability, and a satisfactory performance level.
