Job Description - Grade Specific Your Role Experienced professional with 3–6 years in NX CAD (Modeling, Assembly, Drafting) and strong exposure to CAD/PDM/PLM processes. Provides L1/L2 technical support for CAD, PLM, and JT-related issues, including 3D visualization and data exchange. Skilled in JT format, basic PMI, and (preferably) Teamcenter. Capable of analyzing business requirements, resolving technical issues independently, and supporting stakeholders effectively. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills with a proactive and adaptable mindset. Experience in multicultural environments and automotive domain is a plus Your Profile

  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience with NX CAD, including core modules such as Modeling, Assembly, and Drafting.
  • Strong understanding of CAD, PDM, and CAx processes; experience with Teamcenter is an added advantage.
  • Experience working in a multicultural and dynamic environment is beneficial.
  • Ability to comprehend business requirements, apply strong analytical thinking, and independently handle topics while supporting business- and stakeholder-oriented decisions.
  • Demonstrates a proactive mindset with excellent communication, coordination, presentation, conflict management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Maintains a positive attitude, openness to change, eagerness to learn, and flexibility to take on varied responsibilities as per business needs.
  • Provides first- and second-level technical support for CAD, PLM, and JT-related issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Capable of diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to 3D model visualization and data exchange, with a focus on the JT format and basic understanding of PMIs.
  • Possesses expert-level knowledge and practical experience with JT, including its structure and its relevance in visualization and data exchange.
  • Documents support cases, resolutions, and best practices thoroughly in knowledge bases and ticketing systems.
  • Stays updated on the latest advancements in JT technology, CAD tools, and PLM trends to continually enhance support quality.
  • Automotive domain experience is an added advantage.
