About the Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of careerzynith, responding to customer inquiries via inbound messages in French. You'll work closely with our team to resolve issues, provide solutions, and ensure that our customers have an exceptional experience. This is a remote role, and you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via inbound messages in French

  • Resolve complex issues and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain high engagement with both the project and customers
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in a digital environment

  • Professional/business level proficiency in French and English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with simultaneously handling 3-5+ incoming messages
  • Ability to maintain high engagement with both the project and customers

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with music streaming services or similar industries

  • Knowledge of digital music platforms and services
  • Familiarity with customer support software and tools
  • Experience working in a remote or flexible schedule environment

WorkSpace Requirements

* Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above

  • Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on the phone
  • Access to a webcam or smartphone capable of taking pictures
  • Stable broadband internet connection of 25 MBS or greater
  • 8 GB RAM or better
  • Dual monitors highly recommended
