Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Designer to join our Client Experiences Configuration Group, where you'll play a key role in conceptualizing, planning, and executing innovative client experiences for some of careerzynith's most iconic products and services. As a Full Stack Designer, you'll be responsible for designing and developing stunning and engaging client experiences that drive commitment and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute innovative client experiences that drive commitment and loyalty

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop user-centered experiences
• Create and direct high-quality in-product media client projects
• Develop a deep understanding of what makes content compelling and effective across various stages and audiences
• Design and develop visual and UX plans that meet the needs of careerzynith's clients
• Develop a refined understanding of UI/UX and product design principles
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in digital marketing and design
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, product managers, and executive leadership to drive creative solutions
• Develop and present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders
• Develop and maintain a high level of expertise in visual communication, video, animation, UX, prototyping, and storytelling
• Collaborate with other creatives to drive innovative solutions and ideas

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field

• At least 5 years of experience in a portfolio showcasing development and solid visual and UX design
• Demonstrated ability to create and direct high-quality in-product media client projects
• Strong understanding of what makes content compelling and effective across various stages and audiences
• Experience designing work for multiple stages and use cases, and a deep understanding of its impact across devices, experiences, and situations
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong understanding of UI/UX and product design principles
• Familiarity with visual communication, video, animation, UX, prototyping, and storytelling

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field

• Experience working in a cloud-based environment
• Familiarity with careerzynith's products and services
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and design trends
• Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision
