Responsibilities

As a Part-time Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with billing inquiries and general issues related to Internet purchases
• Issuing membership cancellations
• Fielding in-bound calls
• Responding to customer emails and live chat requests
• Maintaining a courteous and pleasant demeanor when interacting with customers
• Working collaboratively with the team to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 1 year or more of experience in the Customer Service industry
• Previous call center experience is highly preferred
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department needs
• Proficiency navigating the Internet
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changes
• Must be over 18 years of age
