As a Virtual Assistant for Customer Service and Marketing at careerzynith, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Customer Service:**

• + Answer customer calls during designated hours (Monday through Friday, 6:45-8:45 PST)

  • + Utilize a provided script to screen calls and gather necessary information
  • + Relay information to the office in a timely and efficient manner
  • + Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Marketing:**

• + Handle all marketing mailers and emailers to past, current, and potential customers

  • + Develop and maintain relationships with multiple team members and stakeholders
  • + Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective marketing strategies
  • + Analyze and report on marketing campaign results to inform future initiatives
  • *Essential Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Customer Service Experience:** A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and stakeholders
