Seamless Real Estate Services is seeking experienced Transaction Coordinators to join our growing team. We are an established, multi-state transaction coordination company looking for detail-oriented professionals who are passionate about real estate and committed to delivering exceptional service to agents and their clients.

What We're Looking For

• Transaction coordination experience required
• Active real estate license preferred
• MLS experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
• Willingness to network and build relationships with real estate agents

Responsibilities

• Manage transactions from contract to close
• Coordinate with agents, lenders, attorneys, title companies, and clients
• Track contract deadlines and maintain compliance
• Prepare and manage transaction documents
• Assist with listing management and buyer-side services
• Maintain excellent communication throughout the transaction process

Important Information This is an Independent Contractor position. While Seamless Real Estate Services provides systems, support, and marketing resources, Transaction Coordinators are expected to actively build and maintain relationships with real estate agents and contribute to the growth of their own client base.
