[Remote] Account Executive - Staffing

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RevPilots is seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to join their client's growing team. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities and expanding the client base nationwide, primarily in light industrial staffing and workforce solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new staffing clients across a national territory
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales goals
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, email outreach, social selling, and industry events
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and staffing solution consultations
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through CRM management and consistent follow-up
  • Negotiate service agreements and staffing contracts with prospective clients
  • Partner with recruiting and operations teams to ensure successful fulfillment of client needs
  • Maintain ongoing client relationships to drive repeat business and identify expansion opportunities
  • Stay informed on market trends, workforce challenges, and competitive activity within the staffing industry
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Skills

  • 3+ years of business development or outside sales experience within the staffing, recruiting, or workforce solutions industry
  • Experience selling light industrial staffing services
  • Additional experience supporting call center, administrative, clerical, or other staffing verticals is a plus
  • Proven success generating new business and closing deals in a highly competitive environment
  • Strong prospecting, cold-calling, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a national territory
  • Experience utilizing CRM systems to track sales activity and pipeline management
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed for client meetings and business development activities
