They are seeking an Account Manager who will lead client projects and build strong relationships to deliver effective marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

Skills

• 3+ years' experience in account management/client services at a marketing agency or similar firm
• A sound understanding of marketing principles (we're a marketing agency after all!)
• A mix of strategic thinking and detail obsession (you can zoom out *and* zoom in)
• Strong communication skills—you know how to read the room and keep clients' trust
• Curiosity, energy, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing your cool
• Senior living marketing experience is a bonus (and preferred!) but not a dealbreaker if you're eager to learn the space
• Experience in leveraging marketing technology (e.g., Project Management software, CRMs) and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) is a plus too
