The role involves managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, ensuring robust tracking and reporting, and providing actionable recommendations based on campaign performance.

Responsibilities

• Managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max
• Building and troubleshooting conversion tracking implementations
• Configuring and maintaining Google Tag Manager containers
• Setting up GA4 events, conversions, and attribution tracking
• Diagnosing tracking issues across websites, landing pages, and CRM integrations
• Creating reporting dashboards in platforms such as Looker Studio and TapClicks
• Analyzing campaign performance and providing actionable recommendations
• Supporting account audits and ongoing optimization initiatives

Skills

• Strong Google Ads experience with a proven track record of driving results
• Advanced knowledge of Google Tag Manager
• Extensive experience with GA4 setup and conversion tracking
• Experience troubleshooting tracking across forms, ecommerce, call tracking, CRM systems, and third-party integrations
• Strong reporting and dashboard-building skills
• Comfortable working independently and solving technical marketing challenges
