Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. GE Vernova is seeking a Lead Finance Specialist for their FP&A Operations team. The role involves managing portfolio risk reviews and supporting FP&A cycle activities to enhance the financial health of the P&ES business.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio risk review scoping, documentation, communication, and development and maintenance of supporting tools
• Ensure supporting functions are completing pre work and follow up actions related to risk reviews
• Drive FP&A process improvements
• Continuously identify areas of improvement to process & drive implementation

Skills

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in finance, accounting, economics
• Significant work experience in similar field
• Fluent English knowledge is a must
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated success working with cross functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
• Experience and interest in driving process improvement
• Excellent in time management, organizational and data driven skills
• Self-motivated, results-oriented and assertive individual
