This role involves managing analytical, financial, operational, and contracting activities to facilitate the progression to a negotiated Multi Year Procurement agreement.

Responsibilities

• Financial modeling and scenario analysis
• Pricing and estimating (ROM and formal proposal)
• Volume and demand planning
• Investment and capacity modeling
• Supply chain integration and supplier flowdown
• Contract T&Cs strategy and proposal development
• Cross‑functional integration across Ops, SC, Finance, Programs, and Sustainment
• Support for executive briefings

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required with at least 5+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance; OR a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
• Working experience in Financial Modeling, Business Case Development, Forecasting, Sensitivity Analysis, Linear Modeling, Machine Learning
• Strong MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to deliver accurate reporting to internal and external customers, including senior leadership
• Strong data analytics skills and interpersonal skills with ability to work with individuals and/or team at all levels
• Organizational skills with strong written and verbal communication
